Hunter Ninke
President
Hunter is a dedicated construction professional with a diverse background spanning concrete forming, framing, and interior renovations and finishing. With hands-on experience across both residential and agricultural projects, he brings a well-rounded skill set to every job site.
Having worked on farms and large-scale properties, Hunter understands the importance of durability, efficiency, and practical solutions. His knowledge extends into hardscaping and landscaping, allowing him to approach projects with a full-scope perspective from ground preparation to final detail.
Safety and health are always a top priority in every environment he works in, ensuring that all tasks are completed responsibly and to industry standards. With years of experience operating and working around equipment from a young age, he is confident, capable, and highly efficient on site.
Hunter takes pride in his attention to detail and is committed to delivering high-quality results. Whether working on large-scale builds or smaller custom projects, his focus remains the same ensuring every client is satisfied and every job is completed to the highest standard.
Kortney Ninke
Admin and Payroll Manager
Kortney Ninke is the Admin and Payroll Manager at HDK Holdings LTD, overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations and ensuring accurate, timely payroll management.
With strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Kortney manages scheduling, documentation, invoicing coordination, and internal processes that keep the business running smoothly. She plays a key role in supporting project operations, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring efficient workflow across all departments.

Matt Ireland
Vice President
Matthew Ireland is a dedicated construction professional with a passion for heavy civil construction, inspired by his family background in the industry. He began working early in life, gaining hands-on experience in various labor-intensive roles under challenging conditions.
Over time, he recognized the importance of communication, budgeting, and project preplanning, which led him to pursue formal education in Construction Project Management.
This education enabled him to lead younger crews effectively by building trust and knowledge. He has experience managing projects ranging from $1 million to $450 million, including traditional contracts and public-private partnerships (P3), both above ground and in tunnels.
Matthew has spent a lot of time understanding the importance and precision of shoring installation. Matthew has worked with various styles of shoring, shotcrete, timber lagging, pneumatic, hydraulic, aluminum boxes and cages, steal boxes and cages which include large sliderail systems. He has also worked with various deep shaft shoring scenarios over the years, for micro tunneling, jack and bore and HDD.
The diversity of contacts, and healthy relationships Matt has built over his 20+ years in the industry allows us to build some great teams, use the most quality vendors and sub contractors.
